Hi! My name is Cathryn Larsen. I’m a writer and I love people. 

I love learning about people, talking to people, and most especially—writing about people. If you love people too, you’re in the right place. 

I am a professional writer who specializes in human-centered profile pieces. I love crafting this kind of story and think they have so much value that I wanted to start a personal project (this very blog) that features all sorts of regular people who have fascinating lives. Most of the people you will read about I am lucky enough to call friends, family, work associates, or neighbors. It’s hard to say where this project will take me but for now, I am finding an abundance of material within my own circles. I would love to expand the circle and explore the stories of friends I just haven’t met yet. We will see! I hope you stay to find out. 

I plan to share two stories a month—one will drop between the 1st and 3rd of the month and the other smack-dab in the middle (hopefully somewhere between the 15th and 17th each month.) If you subscribe to my page, you will get a handy newsletter when my posts go live so you’ll never miss one! 🙂
